1. Preamble

Applicable to any legal entity (referred to as “the Client”) seeking acquisition management services via paid online advertising platforms, detailed in the service agreement between the parties.

2. Services Offered

The Service Provider offers acquisition management services through paid online advertising platforms (“Ads Management”) as outlined in the service agreement. The Client acknowledges the service quality’s inherent uncertainty due to factors influencing the conversion of targets into clients, including the Client’s commercial discourse.

3. Order and Pricing

Clients can subscribe via the Site or other agreed means, with rates specified in the service agreement. Fee payment occurs monthly as outlined in the agreement.

4. Duration and Termination

The Client faces no commitment period; however, any started month is fully due per the service agreement. Termination terms are stipulated in the agreement.

5. Payment Terms

Fees are payable via credit card or bank transfer, per terms in the service agreement. Default may result in late penalties and a lump-sum indemnity.

6. Client’s Obligations

The Client commits to active cooperation, providing necessary information. Solely responsible for social network content, accuracy of communicated information is paramount.

7. Liability

Service Provider liability is limited per the service agreement. Under no circumstances can the Service Provider be held responsible for direct or indirect consequences of service usage.

8. Intellectual Property

Each party retains ownership of its intellectual property. The Client guarantees possessing necessary rights for provided elements.

9. Confidentiality

Parties commit to treating exchanged information confidentially, except with written authorization or necessity for service execution.

10. Disputes and Applicable Law

Disputes regarding these GTCS or the service agreement fall under French law, subject to exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in Pontoise
